Green Apple Dipped with Chocolate

I prepared this for Teacher's Day feast last week. I cut the green apples and soaked them in salted water. Then, dry them out on kitchen towels (tissue) before poking the chunks of apple with sharp toothpicks. While waiting for the apples to dry, I melted some chocolate. When the chocolate is ready, dip the apples and put them in the fridge to hardened the chocolate. The result was yummy. The green apple didn't taste sour at all! Some of my frineds loved it!

It's suitable for party, especially for kids. It was easy to prepare.

J: another cooking skill explored! Way to go J!^_^
