Menyambal Terung Ghembang

Dari kecil J diperkenalkan dengan nama itu, Terumg Ghembang atau nama glamernya Terung Pipit.

Ni dah kali kedua J kutip dari kebun sekolah. Dan dah kali kedua menyambal tumis ikan bilis.

J takde nak bubuh apa-apa resepi, cuma J masak ikut macam mana yang Mak Iti pernah tunjuk ajar dulu.


Sebelum dimasak, cuma perlu basuh dah ditumbuk sedikit bagi biji terung tu pecah sedikit. 


Seterusnya...macam biasa masak sambal tumis ikan bilislah.


Mak Iti siap buat cicah dengan roti. So.. I can say that she liked it walaupun dia tak cakap sedap atau pun tidak..yeay!
